Upper Mustang trek required special trekking permit as it lies is controlled and restricted trekking region in Nepal.Durring Upper mustang trek you will be explore  many monestries from 14th century .Buddist shrines ,Thankas ,Mandalas ,and deities in and arround the cliff.It is belived that there are many canes in Upper Mustang where tivetain masters are meditated. Upper Mustang trek offers a specuacular trekking into the remote trans Himalayan mountain areas ,mostly dominated by giants Annapurna and Dhaulagiri massif.Upper Mustang Valley the forbidden Kingdom of tibet is situated at the head of Kaligandaki in the north center Nepal.Upper Mustang Valley is naturally and culturally attractive, in particulat origin of Tibet.Another attraction of the Upper Mustang trek is the Tiji Festival influencedby tibetain buddisim .which is timed to coincide with the end of the dry season .

DAY BY DAY ITINERARY:

Day 1: Arrival in Nepal (Kathmandu) – Our representetive meet you in Kathmandu( Trivuwan Internation Airport ) and transfer to you by private car / haice in the Hotel. Accomodation :Tourist standard accomodation  with bed and Breakfast .

Day2: Kathmandu Valley Sight seeing (UNESCO world heritage site ) by car with tour guide .Pashupati nath ,Bouddhanath ,Kathmandu Durbar Square and Shyambhunath.Taken care by tour guide and stay overnight at tourist standard accomodation .

Day3:Fly to Pokhara : Escort by trekking guide or office representetive ,25 minute fly to beautiful city pokhara, Private car transfer to tourist standard hotel ,Look arround the fewa lake and boating 2 hrs.Breffeing  about the trekking ,Check trekkingequipments list  ,Pick up trekking permit.Stay overnight at Hotel on BB basic.If you wanna choose the trensportation by lauxuries tourist coach please ler us know before you book the trip .

Day4:Early morning flight Pokhara to Jomsom and Trek to Kagbeni (2858 Mtrs): Early morning light breakfast and we drop you in Pokhara airport for fly to Jomsom ,20 minute flight to we reach in Jomsom (2820 Mtrs ) from Jomsom 3-4 Hrs trekking to Kagbeni .Stay overnight at trekkers lodge .Order good food in trekers lodge menu .

Day5:Trek Kagbeni to Chile (3050 Mtrs) 5-6 Hrs :Breakfast in Kagbeni and trekking start to Chile ,It takes arround 5-6 hrs .Its completly dry landscape and  amazine parts of trekking .The side of Kaligandaki valley its  very beautiful .Stay overnight at Chile trekkers lodge and order foor from the trekkers lodge Menu .During the trek we will cross apple garden ,Wheet and barley field .

Day6:Trek Chile to Syanbochen (3475 Mtrs) 6-7 Hrs: Breakfast in Chile and trek start to Syanbochan .Its takes arround 6-7 hrs.The trek will hike tibetain cultural village .You will cross narrow and rocky trails .Lunch will serving on the way and Dineer will in Trekkers lodge .Choose the best food from the trekkers lodge menu .

Day 7:Trek from Synbochan to Ghami (3520 Mtrs) 5-6 Hrs: Breakfast ,Trek start from Synbochan to Ghami.Its takes arround 5-6 hrs.You will encounter two passes Yamdala (3850 Mtrs) and Nyi Pass (4010 mtrs) before you arrive in Ghami .The trail passing arround 4000 Mtrs maybe you will fell uncomfortable with breath as this is the dry rehgion as well as .This day will be little longer as well .Ghami is the third largest village in the Lomangthang region .You will stop overnight at Ghami trekkers lodge and order good food  menu from the trekers lodge in Ghami .

Day 8:Trek Ghami to Charang (3500 Mtrs ) 5 Hrs: Trek starts after breakfast with a pleasant walk. After crossing Ghaymi Khola, the trail climbs to a plateau and passes beside a very long Mani wall, a sacred stone wall made by the Buddhist followers. From the end of the wall, the village starts and each house are making separate by stone wall. Lunch will be serving on the way. Dinner will at the guest house.

Day 9: Trek Charang to Upper Mustang (3700 Mtrs ) 5 Hrs :  We trek to our final destination, Lo-Mangthang (the lost forbidden kingdom of TIbet) with a magnificent view of Nilgiri, Tilicho, Annapurna I and Bhrikuti peak. The trail first descends to Charang Chu Canyon and then climbs steeply after crossing the river. While arriveing to Lo-Mangthang, views of the walled city appear magnificent with its hills on the north Tibetan Border. Over night at Loge/ guest house. Lunch will be serving on the way. Dinner will at the guest house.

Day 10: Explore Upper Mustang Lo-Mangthang :This is a great day to explore the virgin of Lomanthang, the major Gumpas around the Lo-manthang including Namgyal Gompa, Tingkhar, Champa Lakhang “God house”, Thugchen Gompa, Chyodi Gompa and the Entrance Hall and around. Another attraction is the four- storey building of the king’s palace as well as the surrounding panoramic views of the Himalaya. Over night at guest house. Lunch and dinner will be provided from the guest house

Day 11Trek Upper Mustang (Lo-Mangthang ) to Drakmar (3810 Mtrs ) 6 Hrs :Trek to Drakmar is little diversion than a you trekked while going. This will give you some wonder while arrive at Gyakar, with more than 1200 years old Ghar Gompa with Guru Rinpoche. The Gompa is also famous for its rock paintings. Explore the local area. Over night at Loge/ guest house. Lunch will be serving on the way. Dinner will at the guest house

Day 12 :Trek Drakmar to Ghiling (3806 Mtrs) 6 Hrs :This is an easy descending to Ghiling. It will take approximately 6 hrs. Starting early in the morning is always better while trekking this areas as afternoon seems dusty and windy. Over night at Loge/ guest house. Lunch will be serving on the way. Dinner will at the guest house.

Day 13:Trek Ghiling to Chusang (3050 Mtrs) 6 Hrs:Trek back to Chusang for the overnight stop after 5 hrs walk. You will have wonderful scenery during the journey with a Himalayan view. Enjoy your trip and overnight at teahouse. Overnight at Loge/ guest house.

Day 14 :Trek Chusang to Jomsom (2820 Mtrs ) 6 Hrs:Trek down to Kagbeni will join you to regular Annapurna Circuit. Your permit will be sign out at Kagbeni and continue to trek to Jomsom. Enjoy your last night at the mountain. You can invite to your crew to join a last night party and make little like a party. Lunch will be at Kagbeni and dinner at you lodge. Overnight at guest house

Day 15 :Fly from Jomsom to Pokhara 20 Minute :Early morning Breakfast in Jomsom and take flight to Pokhara .In a 20 minute short flight to you arrived in Pokhara after that check in the hotel .You have freeday in pokhara .

OR : If you have some free time when you finished the trekking to back pokhara you can enjoy with some adventre activities :like Paragliding ,Ultralight flight ,Rafting ,Jungle safari trip  or what ever you like to do .For extend your holiday please we can support you to organize the trip for you .Let us know about that .

Day 16 :Flight back to Kathmandu .Accomodation in Tourist standard hotel on BB basic .

Day 17 : Final Departure as per itinerary .Drop in the kathmandu International Airport .
